Makes around 12-15 scones (depending on size of cutter you use)
Do the preparation in advance then it's a quick and easy way to cook chicken breasts
Makes 1 baking tray (or 1 loaf tin as in the picture and allow extra cooking time)
Makes 2 x 2lb loaf tins
To vary you can add mixed spice, use different fruit, miss out the nuts, etc
You can halve the amounts to make 2 x 1lb loaf tins - Note: requires less cooking time
Note: These were made by my 11 year old Granddaughter

Makes enough for 4 people
Great to make while there are lots of butternut squashes about.
Best eaten freshly made but you can store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or in the freezer up to 1 month.
Fantastic with Cream or Custard. One that mum used to make :)
Great meal to make while there are lots of courgettes about.
Serve as a vegetarian meal or add chicken. I used Leftover Chicken from the Sunday roast but you could serve with freshly cooked Chicken Breasts.
Great as a Main Course with other Vegtables. Or even on it's own.
Great with salad or on savoury biscuits
Great for Christmas or any other time of the year. My kids love these.
Makes quite a lot of sausages around 20lb
